Information We Collect
When you submit a demo access or pricing request, we may collect your name, work email, company, job title, phone number, country, SQL Server environment details, procurement context, message notes, source page, referral data, user agent, and a protected hash of request metadata.
We also receive operational delivery events from service providers used for email and mobile verification, such as verification status, message status, and provider message identifiers.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review requests, verify business contact details, respond to pricing inquiries, plan evaluations, protect demo access, and maintain an auditable record of request handling.
Internal SMS alerts may be sent to the configured SigmaDbIQ administrator phone number when a pricing request is submitted so that time-sensitive follow-up can happen quickly.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate SigmaDbIQ workflows, including hosting, database, email delivery, mobile verification, SMS alerting, security, and analytics or logging services.
Service providers are used only to support SigmaDbIQ operations and are not authorized to use submitted information for their own marketing.
Retention And Security
We retain request records as needed for evaluation, sales follow-up, security, auditability, and operational support. We use access controls, encrypted provider storage, and limited internal access for production systems.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but SigmaDbIQ keeps collection narrow and uses business-grade providers for sensitive workflows.
Your Choices
You may ask us to update or remove business contact information associated with a request, subject to reasonable operational, legal, security, and audit requirements.
For SMS workflows, reply STOP to opt out where supported, or contact SigmaDbIQ to remove the configured recipient number from internal alerting.
